Xuchang & Zhengzhou, China –] – Zhengzhou HUGO Information Technology Co., Ltd. (HUGO) accompanied a delegation from Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company on a comprehensive field visit to operational oil depots in Henan Province, including Sinopec’s Xuchang Oil Depot and Zhengzhou Oil Depot. The visit was designed to demonstrate HUGO's smart fuel logistics solutions in a real-world environment and explore their applicability to Aldrees’ fleet and operations.

Founded in 2012 with a registered capital of $12 million, HUGO specializes in the research, development, production, sales, and operation of integrated IoT and IoV wireless broadband communication systems, providing mature system construction solutions for the petroleum, petrochemical, and logistics industries. The company currently employs over 100 staff members, including more than 30 with doctoral or master's degrees, and has established two branches in Shanghai and Hubei, six offices, 25 service stations, and an independent 24/7 operation and monitoring center.

The delegation began its visit at Sinopec’s Xuchang Oil Depot, a key facility in the region’s fuel distribution network. The site serves as a critical hub for storing and dispatching petroleum products across central China.

During the visit, the Aldrees team toured the depot’s loading and unloading areas, where they observed standard operational workflows for tanker truck access, product transfer, and inventory management.

They had the opportunity to examine in-service tanker trucks equipped with HUGO's smart monitoring devices, gaining a firsthand understanding of how the technology integrates with existing fleet infrastructure.

The team then moved to Zhengzhou Oil Depot, where they explored additional operational scenarios and loading facilities.

Throughout the day, the delegation engaged in detailed discussions with HUGO's technical team, analyzing the practical application of IoT-based solutions for tanker truck security, fuel level monitoring, and real-time tracking.

The field visit provided a valuable, hands-on opportunity for both parties to evaluate the technology in a real-world context, laying a strong foundation for future collaboration discussions.
